16 Feb 2012 – Press release on the Notice of initiation of an anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of ceramic tableware from China

The European Union published on 16 February 2012 a Notice of initiation of an anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of ceramic tableware and kitchenware originating in China. As of this date, the European Commission formally initiated an anti-dumping investigation against allegedly dumped imports of ceramic tableware and kitchenware originating in China. This investigation was triggered by a complaint filed by a major group of European Union ceramic tableware and kitchenware producers, assisted and represented by their industry associations and lawyers.
