Ahead of the vote in Plenary on Wednesday 8 Junes 2022 on the Emissions Trading system (ETS) Review and Carbon Boarder Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), over 380 companies and associations from energy intensive industries (cement, ceramics, chemicals, ferro-alloys, fertilisers, glass, lime, mining, non-ferrous metals, paper, refineries, steel) have co-signed a letter outlining ETS and CBAM concerns.
